Canvas Details
Upgrade from postcard to our fade resistant canvas which is stretched over the pine wood frame that's 0.75” thick. The slim and stylish canvases come in 3 sizes, with a mounting bracket attached to the back, for easy hanging.
After you have ordered and sent us the photo, we get to work right away making your magical order. Processing times can vary depending on how detailed the work is, number of pets in the work and how busy we are. The current estimated time for the digital preview to be ready is 3-5 days. Below is the processing times for physical prints & canvases (from order to delivery):

All sizes are in inches.The Postcard option is printed on 0.013″ (0.34 mm) thick card, and the canvases are 0.75" thick. The dimentions are:

Upload your photos after checkout, by emailing them to us.
Once you have submitted your order, you will recieve a confirmation email from us. To send us your pet photos, as well as any requests for the artist, reply to this email and attach the photos within the reply. We will also send instructions within the email about how to attach your photos.
We can turn your pet into a beautiful disneyfied portrait, but how? Its not magic, although it does seem like it...
We have a team of real cartoon artists who specialize in this style. Once we recieve your pet photo(s), we get started making your digital portrait, we use a touchscreen computer / tablet and a stylus to hand-draw your portrait using your photos as refrence. We never use apps or software to speed up this process, everything is hand-drawn to make the finest work we can. We will usually have your work done within 3-5 days.
We have a 100% happy customer guarantee, once we have finished your portrait we will send you a preview, here you can request edits to the work until you are happy with the result. We offer free unlimited revisions on all portraits.
Try and get the best quality photo you have, as the better the quality the better the results. But don’t worry, we will reach out to you if we think we need a better photo to get the artwork done right. As long as we can see your pets features we should be able to work the photos you can find.
